Agile Open Space Austin
From AgileOpenAustin
[edit] What
An Open Space conference hosted by Agile Austin for the purpose of discussing any and all aspects of Agile software development and project management.
Learn, teach, share, grow. Satisfy your curiosity or expand your knowledge and skills about Agile.
A weekend event for Agilists and those who are interested in Agile Development and Agile Leadership.
If you have never been to an open space conference, you'll find it is much different than a traditional conference. First, there is no detailed scheduled set ahead of time. The first session will form the schedule for the rest of the conference. Conference attendees suggest sessions and volunteer to facilitate them. Sessions can be presentations, chalk talks, or even walks in the park if that's what the attendees want. Also, there is no obligation to attend any sessions or stay for a complete sessions. You can move from session to session as your heart desires. Come with an idea for a session or just with an open mind.
Our Open Space Facilitator will be Steven "Doc" List.
